We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - right in the center of the enchanting medieval little town. We were amazed by the service and attention to detail, starting with a welcome drink upon arrival. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with tours and tickets. We were pleasantly surprised by the room amenities, including a cozy sitting area and a terrace with stunning views. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious food and a variety of options, including special diet menus. The hotel also had a sun terrace and facilities for leisure activities like hiking, cycling, and even horseback riding.
Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I liked that I escaped with my life.
I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The bell tower kept clanging all day nearby kept clanging all day and night. The people in the cafe across the street were loud and annoying until well after midnight and it was impossible to sleep. Also, there was an awful smell in the room that lingnered even when the door was left wide open. Also, the staff of the hotel were about as congenial as rattlesnakes.

This Austrian hotel is situated in a beautiful market square. the spacious rooms feature balconies that overlook the picturesque area. the helpful staff makes sure the rooms are clean, with fridges and comfortable beds. the breakfast includes a good selection of fresh fruit, cold meat, cheese, and coffee.
The Wi-Fi connectivity inside the hotel is poor.

The room looks nice Location is good
1. Don't even think of sleeping well in this hotel. The noise from the street begins from 6:00 till 23:00. On the morning the washing machine on the street makes a terrible noise from 5:30! 2. The request to pay 5 euro for internet is irritating. You can use the the free one 100 meters nearby. 3. The hotel doesn't have the beach access. In the village where almost all the coast is private, it better to stay in the hotel with lake access. 4. No every one likes to park 150 meters up from the hotel and pay for that extra 3 euro.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and found it spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful. They helped us with finding local bus routes to Bad Ischl Spa. Our room was nicely furnished with modern furniture and towels were changed every day if requested. Situated right in the middle of the village - balcony nice as we could always see what was happening. Breakfast had a great selection of food and was nicely presented. As we were only b and b we ate from the menu which was quite varied and we found the meals very good and reasonably priced. Only minus was the church bells ringing at night but I soon got used to this and it was actually quite quaint.

Our room had amazing views of the surrounding mountains and was in a great location, near all the key attractions. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff who provided us with good recommendations for restaurants and activities to do.
the situation was made worse by the noisy neighbourhood with continuous ringing church bells and trucks delivering supplies early in the morning.

Great breakfast selection and helpful staff. Conveniently located in the heart of town with easy access to the lake and nearby attractions.
Limited parking options and nearby noise. The internet was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

Clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and was delicious and cosy.
We reserved two rooms and asked to provide baby cods in each room. But we found they could afford only one at our arrival.

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights and had a great time. The staff was friendly and always ready to help us with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town and the lake. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and tidy. The breakfast had plenty of choices, including fresh fruit, good coffee, and a good selection of cold meat and cheese. We enjoyed sitting outside in the nice outside area, which was also popular with the locals.
Hard to think of anything.
